Our hosting platform may use essential technical storage to serve the site securely and reliably. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site, and they are not used to track you.

Live chat

We use tawk.to to power the chat widget in the corner of the page. It sets its own cookies so that your conversation carries over as you move between pages and so an agent can recognise a returning conversation. These cookies are set by tawk.to and governed by their own privacy terms. If you never open the chat, it still loads in order to be available, so its cookies may be set on arrival.

Analytics (only when enabled)

Where analytics is switched on, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — which pages help people and which do not. It sets cookies such as _ga. We do not use it to identify individuals, and IP addresses are anonymised. Blocking these cookies has no effect on your ability to use the site or the streaming service.

Links to WhatsApp and to our checkout open services operated by other companies. Once you are there, their own cookie and privacy policies apply.

• Blocking chat cookies means the live chat widget will not work properly; you can still reach us by WhatsApp or email.
